How we Gear up for a show

Step One: Packing the car. The Roscoes Wild Child don't exactly have the luxury of a truck or roadies so they spend a lot of time collecting items from the "Boom Boom Room" (it's their laboratory so to speak) and carrying them to the car. They then have to use their geometry skills and make everything from full drum kits to a Marshall half stack fit in a four door sedan. This process usually takes about 15 min as they have it down to a science so to speak. After that they pray the car starts and when it does their on their way.

Step Two: Putting on some Tunes. With both Glyn and Rigo coming from two different backgrounds they have a wide assortment of music. "We have to listen to something that will get both of us going", says Glyn. The artist they usually choose from range from Jimi Hendrix - Van Halen - Dr. Dre and Kendrick Lamar. The last one gets them the most hype. They dip to where ever they have to go while yelling "Compton!" to people staring at this black and hispanic guy with a car full of equipment going 80mph down Sunset Blvd.

Step Three: The Nerves come out. About 9 times out of 10 The Roscoes Wild Child function without a bass player. Most of shows they play the other artist or acts are equipped with a keyboardist and bassist and sometimes a rhythm guitarist, this can prove to be quite intimidating for the band as they primarily operate as a killer two piece. Glyn is always shaking in his boots and pacing back n forth, while Rigo stares blankly into outter space. Rigo at one point usually grabs Glyn and slaps him around telling him to calm down and that everything will be just fine. "We always steal the show, just relax", says Rigo just about every time. Glyn. When it's their turn they carrier all their gear on stage as the crowd begins to walk away from the stage to do other things in the venue. Once both are all set up Glyn says his nervousness kicks in ten fold, so he drops his pants revealing he's wearing leather pants and cowboy boots. He throws off his shirt wraps his Strat around him and says, "Good Morning", once again grabbing the crowds attention. Rigo and Glyn make eye contact and scream out "5-6-7-8".

Step Four: THE ROSCOES WILD CHILD put on a show!
